Our available dates are updated frequently. Date availability is subject to change. The only way to hold a date is a with deposit. We add any cancellations if they occur.

How To Book
Ready to book? We make it easy!
We do all our bookings via email. Once you decide on a date please email us at [email protected].
In your email please include the following:
First we will confirm your date is still available. If it is, we will email your contract for e-signature as well as an invoice for the deposit. Your deposit can easily be paid online. If you would prefer to make your deposit with cash or check, just let us know in your initial email and we can make arrangements. Deposits must be made within 48 hours to hold your date.
Once your contract is signed and deposit is paid, you are booked! Now you get to sit back and relax! You've just checked off the biggest item on your planning to-do list! Congrats!

- Any additions such as extra hours, full or partial planning, or event coordination
- Event start/end time
- Estimated number of guests
